ELECTRICAL ENGINEER Full-time position for an experienced electrical controls engineer. Responsibilities: The successful candidate will work with our senior electrical engineer to design the electrical aspects of electro-hydraulic control systems, select automation components and program motion controllers. He will also oversee the construction and installation of the electrical control panels, hydraulic actuators, and position sensors and related cabling. Qualifications: The position requires some experience with industrial controls systems. The ability to program and tune industrial motion controllers and PLCs is highly desirable. You must be a professional engineer and be capable of supervising electronics technologists and technicians. A marine background and familiarity with automating electro-hydraulic systems would be an asset. The salary will be commensurate with experience.
